MRR™ Bi-Weekly Call

Exclusive for current MRR™ students. This is your time to be seen, heard, and supported. In this private 20–30 minute session, we’ll review your progress, answer your questions, and fine-tune your plan so it continues to work with your body, not against it. Whether you’re navigating cravings, digestion shifts, hormone symptoms, or just need accountability and encouragement, this call is your space. We'll look at what’s working, what’s not, and gently adjust based on your body's feedback. 👉 Bring your questions, food logs (if you’re tracking), and any wins or wobbles you want to talk through. This is not about perfection, it’s about connection, clarity, and making sure you feel confident on your healing path. Cancellation Policy Call Policy: Rebooking & Cancellations Life happens, and I totally get it! To keep things flowing smoothly for both of us, here’s the policy for your 1:1 biweekly calls: Rebooking: You can reschedule your call up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If something unexpected comes up, please do your best to move your call ahead of time so we can still connect! Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or don’t show up, that session will be considered used. I want to honor your time and mine, and this helps keep the container consistent and respectful for everyone. Running Late? If you're running late, no worries, just message me! I’ll hold the space for the first 10 minutes. After that, we’ll consider it a missed call unless otherwise communicated. Life is real, and grace is always available. If you’re navigating something unexpected (sickness, emergency, etc.), just reach out. I trust you, and I’m here to support, not penalize, you.
