I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve chased every diet, filled your plate with “superfoods,” and eaten as clean as you can, yet still feel tired, bloated, stuck, and even gaining weight, you’re not alone. You’ve heard the same recycled advice a thousand times, and deep down, you know there has to be a better way.

This space was created for women just like you, women who are ready to unlearn the diet lies, interrupt the old thought patterns, and finally step into confidence around food and their bodies. My mission is to give you the tools, truth, and support to rebuild your metabolism from the inside out, with wisdom, not restriction.
My Story
For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside women 30+ who are exhausted, inflamed, and confused by health advice that changes with the wind. I healed my own thyroid and metabolism after years of doing “everything right,” and that experience lit a fire in me to tell the truth and make healing simple, doable, and deeply nourishing.

After years of working with women who’ve “tried it all” and still feel stuck, I built MRR™, Metabolic Reprogramming Reset, as a different path: rooted in ancestral wisdom, nervous system safety, and real, sustainable results. I couldn’t sit on the sidelines anymore, watching bad advice keep women trapped in cycles of restriction, fear, and burnout. So here I am. This course is a labor of love, born out of both my own healing and my conviction that women deserve better. Truthfully, I believe God whispered on my shoulder to create this program and share it with you.

I’m a wife to my husband Matthew of 23 years, mom to Ben (11) and Avie (8), and a semi-homesteader in Ontario, Canada, raising chickens, chasing kids, horses, three cats, and big dreams on our little patch of land. When I’m not hiking with our sheepadoodle Georgia or driving to and from baseball games + riding, you’ll find me building lessons that actually work in real life.
